Insurance
As a new practice, we have worked very hard to continue to carry the same insurances of our previous patients.
However, every insurance carrier has multiple plans and coverages that are specific to every patient. We respectfully request patients double check with their insurance carrier to confirm in-network benefits.
Additionally, certain medical plans require a primary care referral to see a specialists. Some of these plans include UnitedHealthcare Medicare Advantage, pediatric TennCare plans, and HMO's. Please check your insurance card and/or plan benefits to determine if a referral is required. If so, you can contact your primary care physician to send a referral to our office (Fax 865-444-8660) or contact our office directly and we would be happy to assist.
